How to play Kakuro
Controls
The upper-right number in a dark clue cell totals the white cells to its right; the lower-left number totals the cells below. Select a white cell to enter 1–9.
The rules
Each uninterrupted horizontal or vertical run contains digits 1–9 with no repeats and adds up to its clue. A digit may repeat elsewhere outside that run. Two cells summing to 3 must be 1 and 2; two summing to 17 must be 8 and 9.
Each board in this collection has been checked for a single solution. New puzzle changes the board; Start over clears this board. Progress lasts while this page stays open.
