Report a puzzle problem

Include the page address, game name, selected difficulty and the steps that led to the problem. If a clue or explanation seems wrong, identify the row and column and describe the rule you believe is affected. A screenshot of the board can help, but please leave out personal information and browser tabs.

App and purchase support

Tell us the app version and device model, together with what you expected and what happened. Purchase and refund decisions are handled by Apple. Never send passwords, payment-card details or verification codes. You can also read the support page for common questions.

Privacy and accessibility

You can change website analytics preferences using Privacy choices on every page. For other privacy requests, explain the issue without including sensitive information in your first message. Accessibility reports are welcome: naming the browser, assistive technology and affected control helps us reproduce the issue.
